The AskED Materials Tracker is an easy-to-operate system for tracking the
movement and status of voting equipment and other election materials using a rugged handheld barcode-scanning device. The scanner can scan any barcoded election asset, from voting machines and ballot bags to ramps and seals. The scanner then communicates the updated data in real time to the jurisdiction.
In addition to having access to your election material status in real time, the AskED Materials Tracker also allows you to view the history of a particular voting machine over time so you can see which ones have recurrent problems.

An election official can view reports such as “All Reported Issues for Selected Equipment” to see all issues reported for HAVA-compliant voting machines. Election officials can sort the data as desired and can export the reports to Microsoft Excel. Please contact us for a
