Flag Duplicate Calls
- MULTIPLE CALLS ON THE SAME ISSUE
One of the banes of Call Centers is processing multiple calls on the same issue. Either an anxious pollworker will call several times, or several different people may call about the same issue (candidates, pollworkers, voters, media, activists, etc). AskED will immediately identify possible duplicates and the operator can report to the caller that the issue is already being handled. The new call is connected to the existing one.
- MULTIPLE VOTER CALLS
The system will also indicate when the same voter is calling repeatedly. The operator can see the previous call so that the voter is not frustrated that they have to keep explaining themselves.

The voter ID is automatically added to the call record when a voter search is performed. This makes it easier to follow-up and/or track how voters were serviced.
- MORE CALLER TYPES
There is now more built-in support for different caller types including pollworkers, voters, vendor reps, internal callers and more. Each caller type captures the correct information, for example an internal caller will be prompted for email address in addition to phone and can even already be built into a list within the system for easy selection.

It is now easier than ever to tie issues to solutions. This can be done starting with the solution or starting with the issue.

New Transfer Calls Option

In addition to escalating a call for someone to call back, AskED now provides support for transferring a call without hanging up. The recipient of the transfer can pick up right where the original operator left off without having the caller repeat any information and without creating a duplicate call record or losing any information.

Early Voting Module (add-on)
- EARLY VOTING
The AskED Early Voting product handles the check-in and processing of voters during Early Voting and keeps the central database up-to-date, so that at all times the jurisdiction knows who has voted where and so that duplicate voting is avoided. This can also be used to support same-day-registration when needed.

- “WAR ROOM” ISSUES MAP
Jurisdictions will be able to graphically see all their polling locations on a map with their open/close status, where there are critical issues outstanding and more. And when used with the AskED Materials & Asset Tracker below, the map can display up-to-date status about poll sites that have returned their ballots as well.
- POINT TO POINT DIRECTIONS
Voters can now be directed from any address to their correct polling location (or the closest one if applicable) using turn-by-turn directions. These directions can even be emailed to the voter with the click of a button.
